Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required. All prices on our website are final – you will not pay any VAT, import duties or customs fees on delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–8 business days, so your order typically arrives within 7–10 business days. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page. Read more in our Shipping Policy.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and – where applicable – with the original tags attached. To start a return, email us at info@avikra.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The amount is refunded via the original payment method used at checkout.

Our dresses and coats are available in sizes XS to XL. Our boots use UK women's sizes 2 to 6.5. Each product page shows the available sizes. Not sure which size to choose? Contact us and we will be happy to help. If an item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.
